Shipping Policy – Organic Sandhai

At Organic Sandhai, we take utmost care to ensure that your orders reach you in the best condition and at the earliest possible time. All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing unit located in Puducherry through trusted and well-established courier partners.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

• All domestic orders are processed within 4–5 business days.
• Once dispatched, delivery can be expected within 6–7 business days.
• For remote or interior regions, delivery may take up to 8–10 business days depending on the local accessibility.

Delivery Hours

• Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Acknowledgement

• A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please ensure someone trustworthy like a family member, neighbour, or colleague is present to receive the package.
• Please note, Organic Sandhai is not liable for packages signed for by anyone other than the intended recipient.

Shipping Charges

• Tamil Nadu: ₹50
• Border States (Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana): ₹80
• Rest of India (excluding the above states): ₹150
